- Admission is granted after clinical assessment and subject to bed availability.
- The patient and/or their legal guardian must complete admission and consent formalities, including consent for treatment under applicable law.
- Accurate medical history, current medications and known allergies must be disclosed at the time of admission.
3. Patient Pickup Service
- Pickup is provided by request and is subject to team and vehicle availability.
- The person requesting pickup confirms they are an immediate family member or legal guardian and are authorised to seek treatment on the patient's behalf.
- A correct and complete address and a reachable phone number must be provided so our team can reach the patient safely.
4. Treatment, Fees & Refunds
- Treatment duration depends on the patient's condition and recovery plan.
- Fees are payable as per the prevailing tariff; estimates are indicative only.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed as per the Centre's policy.
5. Conduct & Prohibited Items
For the safety of all patients and staff, intoxicants, sharp objects and unauthorised electronics are not permitted on campus. Visiting hours and discharge procedures are governed by Centre policy and may be revised from time to time.
6. Limitation of Liability
Recovery outcomes vary from person to person. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Centre shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content or interruptions in online communication.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
