- Admission is confirmed after a brief assessment and bed availability.
2. Documents to Carry
- Patient's government photo ID (Aadhaar / any valid ID).
- Guardian / family member's photo ID and contact number.
- Any existing medical records, prescriptions or reports, if available.
3. What to Bring
- A few sets of comfortable clothes and basic toiletries.
- Prescribed regular medication (for non-addiction conditions), if any.
- Please avoid valuables, cash, sharp objects and electronic devices.
4. Patient Pickup
If you are unable to bring the patient to the Centre, our trained team offers a safe and confidential 24×7 pickup service. Use the "Request Pickup" button on our website or call us, and share a complete address and reachable phone number.
5. Visiting & Family Counseling
- Families can visit as per the Centre's schedule.
- Family counseling sessions are part of the recovery program.
- Regular updates on the patient's progress are shared with the family.
6. Confidentiality
All patient and family information is kept strictly confidential. Recovery happens in a safe, supportive and dignified environment.
